Health & Safety
Our Senior Management, together with our in-house Safety Officer are dedicated to reporting, reviewing, implementing, and maintaining the safest possible working conditions. Our operatives and management are CSR trained, and all sites carryout Toolbox Talks and daily briefs as standard. These are internally audited. New Employees undergo a company induction which focused on our Health & Safety Ethos and their contribution to it. We are audited by SafeTcert annually to ensure our standards are continually monitored and being held to the highest standards.

Quality
McCorley Mechanical & Electrical has been successfully delivering quality projects for over 40 years and quality has been the hallmark of our business approach. We have always been committed to achieving high standards in every aspect of our actions so that we can sustain and grow our reputation as a leading company with the ability to exceed our customers’ expectations. We have created a documentation-based quality control system in which all employees are trained; and to which they all adhere to. Our attitude is to improve the completion of projects by continually monitoring and reviewing our management processes thus enabling us to meet and aim to exceed customer expectations.
Environment
All projects are managed in compliance with the maximum consideration for the environment. We acknowledge that our business impacts on the environment, so we are totally committed to operating in an environmentally sustainable manner. Our aim is to use suitable policies and put in place arrangements which enable us to respect the needs of our clients, our staff, the public and other potentially affected parties. This includes making the most efficient use of energy, reducing waste, recycling materials where possible, using materials from sustainable sources, using environmentally friendly materials encouraging the design of energy efficient facilities and minimising noise, dust, and pollution. We are audited by the Envirocert annually to ensure our standards are kept high; they also provide training on any new legislation which has been implemented over the previous 12 months.

At McCorley Mechanical & Electrical, we believe that responsibility extends beyond the projects we deliver. We are proud to be part of the communities we work in and are committed to giving back through charity, sponsorship, and active support of local people and causes.
Our approach to social responsibility is simple. We support real people, real teams, and real causes that matter to our workforce and their families.
Supporting Local Charities
Each year, our team comes together to support and raise awareness for local charities through fundraising and sponsorship. Every employee is invited to nominate a charity that is close to them, and each nomination is entered into a company-wide draw. This ensures that the causes we support truly reflect the people within our business.
For example, this year, we are proud support the Down’s Syndrome Association, an organisation that helps people living with Down’s Syndrome to live full, rewarding, and independent lives. Our team will take part in the RAMPAGE challenge to raise vital funds for their work.
